Our team at Holiday Inn Dublin-Pleasanton is looking for qualified candidates to join our team as hotel Overnight Front Desk Agent / Night Auditor.

All candidates should possess a positive, can-do attitude, along with friendly, customer service driven personalities!

Job Description & Duties

Candidates must possess customer service driven personalities and / or have previous customer service experience. Previous hotel Front Desk experience a plus but not required.

Under the supervision of the Front Office Supervisor & Assistant General Manager, this position is responsible for :

Being prompt, consistent and reliable with schedule

Reconciling daily reports & fulfilling the hotel's nightly audit responsibilities

Providing friendly, courteous and accommodating service to all hotel guests

Attending to guest needs, requests and concerns

Responsible for all guest reservation check-in and check-outs during shift

Represent the hotel in a professional and friendly manner at all times

Additional duties related to the job position though are not listed here will be expected

Ability to work mornings / afternoons / nights / weekends / holidays is a must!
