Austin Subaru is looking for an addition to our Finance Department. Interested but not sure you have the experience? No need to worry, we offer training! No experience is required other than attention to detail, accuracy, adaptable communication, ease with technology, self-management, etc.
Assisting with F&I department needs such preparation and closing of deals. Primary responsibility will be entering data in our DMS system (CDK) after the deal has left the front sales desk. Information will be loaded and properly checked before passing the deal into F&I.After contracting, responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Breakdown of the deal
Commission recap printouts
Gathering of information/forms
Other duties that will help proficiency in the F&I departmentRequirements:
Proficiency in operating a PC
Strong attention to detail
Outstanding communication in both verbal and written
Ability to work independently if necessary
Must be self motivated and present a great attitude with a high-energy personalityCompensation:
$15 an hourSchedule:
Flexible schedule
Three day work week with eight hour shifts
