JOB DESCRIPTION

Provide in-home care (non-medical) for children and young adults with developmental disabilities.

Interact and engage clients in age-appropriate activities.

Assist with personal care and daily living needs, if needed.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:

Set schedules are determined by the client

Weekend shifts vary per client

Workweek averages 10-25 hours depending on how many clients you wish to work with

Time frames are mornings

Customized matches based on availability, skills, and location preferences

A passion for the job, being interactive, having a great rapport.

One year of paid, or volunteer experience working with children/young adults.

Responsible for communicating, managing, and building your own schedule.

Being creative, adaptable, and energetic

Reliability

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

One year of paid, or volunteer experience working with children/young adults.

Preferred education in Child Development, Psychology, or a related field

Must be at least 18 years old

Able to lift 35 lbs

Must be able to pass a background check

Must be available mornings-mid & afternoons part-time

- 8 AM-12 PM

- 9 AM- 2 PM

- 12 PM-3 PM

Must have reliable transportation
