job summary:Our growing client is looking to bring on a Backend Engineer. Hybrid, on site 3 days a week. HIGHLY prefers Ruby experience, but they're open to someone with Python or Elixir and learning Ruby when joining. 5+ years experience, financial experience would be great but it's not a must. - Backend feature development in Ruby (3.1.1) and Rails (6.x)
- Unit and integration test development using RSpec
- Active participation in daily stand up meetings
- Active participation in Peer Code Reviews as part of our standard SDLC and Change Management Process
