Avalon Health Care is accepting applications for our Level 1 Nursing Assistant Training Course in Medford. For a limited time, we are offering this course FREE to accepted applicants.

Included in the training you will receive all required books and become CPR certified.

Successful completion of this 6-week course will enable you to take the State Exam for nursing assistant certification to become a CNA. Accepted candidates must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
