Soap Maker:
This position is responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction inside the BCS store. We are looking for these roles in both Bartlett and Olive Branch, and also have production based roles making soap at our factory location in Bartlett.
Contributions:
● Coordinate with store manager to develop daily production plans and determine workflow
● Offer high levels of customer service by assess customer needs and providing assistance
● Maintain inventory levels of all products within a specific range
● Ensure products are made timely and meet quality standards
● Maintain a safe and clean production and retail area
● Follow and achieves sales goals
● Remain knowledgeable on all products
● Process POS purchases and returns of merchandise
Qualifications:
● High School Diploma or GED required
● 3-5 years’ experience in similar role
● Effective interpersonal and written communication skills
● Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
● Excellent organization skills
Customer Service Representative:
This is a seasonal position responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction inside the BCS store. We are hiring these roles in Bartlett and Olive Branch.
