Glendora Chevrolet has an exciting career opportunity for an experienced customer service representative as a Service Advisor.

Service Advisors ensure a pleasant experience for all our customers, using great customer service skills and their knowledge of the products and services we provide.

They ensure we meet the needs and expectations of our customers by maintaining communication and updating them often. They must be able to listen and thoroughly understand customer problems, arrange for appropriate service / repairs, and set / manage expectations on the part of the customers and the technicians to ensure vehicle is finished when promised.

Service Advisors inform customers what repairs are needed and what repairs and maintenance are recommended. They will be upfront and honest about all work needed and pricing.

Our Service Advisors ensure the customer is satisfied with all work and repairs done to their vehicle and that it was delivered in the time promised.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience in customer service with great phone and computer skills. Candidates must be able to work productively in a fast-paced team environment and must have a positive attitude, professional appearance, great communication skills, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service.

Never worked in the auto industry, that’s ok. We prefer to train the right candidate!
