Responsibilities :

Recruit top talent for Client's software organization with skill sets ranging from software engineering to data science.

Partner with hiring teams and other key stakeholders to effectively qualify requisitions, create and execute talent acquisition strategies, and influence hiring decisions.

Maintain flexibility to deal with ambiguity and the evolving needs of the business environment.

Develop effective and timely communication strategies to ensure a high-touch, world class candidate experience.

Deep understanding of the full recruitment life cycle, including : research, sourcing, networking, interviewing and closing.

Skill / Experience / Education

Mandatory Qualifications and Skills

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an agency or corporate setting. -1 year of experience recruiting candidates in a technical field (science, engineering, etc.

Experience in partnering effectively with a variety of stakeholders ranging from hiring managers to senior leadership teams.

Desired Qualifications and Skills

3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within software engineering skill sets in a corporate setting. -Recruiting experience within healthcare, medical device, or related industry.

Proven background in using innovative research & sourcing techniques with an emphasis in diversity, equity, and inclusion.
