He/she should have experience managing teams, presenting work and creating design solutions across all media—including digital, traditional, experiential, environmental, social. He/she will work closely with creative directors, designers, copywriters, strategists and marketing professionals to develop insight-driven creative solutions.Responsibilities Understanding all aspects of design—from concept to execution Ability to present and defend work Experience managing creative professionals Ability to judge work from a business perspective The versatility to concept as well as design Strong knowledge of traditional, digital and experiential mediums and best practices Skill to think and execute strategically and flawlessly Solid understanding of brand and visual storytelling Aptitude of designing for big brand initiatives Skill to design for content-heavy deliverables like whitepapers and product sheetsQualifications Strong design portfolio or website that showcases a variety of work across all media Passion for big thinking and beautiful execution Examples of a range of design—brand, infographics, digital advertising, social, events Deep understanding of Adobe Creative Suite Positive, optimistic approach to creative problem solving Ability to work in a group or independently Excellent presentation, planning and organizational skills Ability to work through ambiguityAt Veritas, we care about the causes close to your heart and enable you to volunteer, donate, and do good.
