Assistant/Helper to Sausage Maker (Chicago)

Looking for assistant to private sausage making facility. Person would be trained to help in all tasks associated with making 30 varieties of smoked and fresh sausages and deli meats. Hours are 7am-4pm Monday-Friday, occasional Saturdays. Some heavy lifting.

Previous kitchen or sausage making experience preferred, but not mandatory. Please call for more information and to set up an in-person interview.
