A large aerospace company is looking to hire a Senior Network Engineer to join their team. This a hybrid software defined and on prem Network environment, so this role involved heavy SDN engineering experience. You will also be responsible for design, upgrades, and maintenance of routers, switches, load balancers, and wireless technologies. This role is heavy project based and you will be involved in all stages of projects from design to project completion. You will be doing upgrades, migrations, deployments, and implementations. This is a large environment with ever changing technology, so they need someone who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment. This also gives you the opportunity to work with the latest and greatest network technologies. This is a full time, hybrid position out of their Denton, TX office with a salary of $120-140k and bonus eligibility. Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ Years' networking experience
- Cisco Switch Expertise, Catalyst, Nexus
- Expertise with Routing Protocols, BGP, EIGRP, OSPF
- Working Knowledge of Firewalls
- Software Defined Network Experience, Cisco ACI
- Cisco Meraki Wireless Experience
- Bachelor's or master's degree in IT related field
- Cloud Exposure, AWS, Azure
- Cisco Certifications, CCNA, CCNP, CCIE
- Salary of $120-140K plus bonus
