Prepares and cooks a wide variety of foods for patients, employees, and the public and for special functions while ensuring the sanitary working environment per city, state and federal standards.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience
Knowledge of Quantity or Institutional cooking andkitchen equipment, sanitation and safety techniques required.
Licensure / Certification
Recommended to complete NIFI Certified SanitationCourse.
