job summary:

Position Summary
  • Partner with LOBs to understand client needs and identify essential products, capabilities, client segments, criticality, volume, impact and risk.
  • Conduct technology assessment to determine operational resiliency priorities using a risk-based approach.
  • Partner with LOBs and technology executives to define multi-generational programs, funding requirements, dependencies and time-to-market.
  • Create governance framework for strategic alignment across the program. Defines the stakeholders and maps them to strategic objectives and requirements.
  • Determine engineering approach for the program. Work with Architecture, to develop/analyze/deliver the implementation of technical enablers.
  • Help validate the economic impact of design decisions.
  • Drive the Operational Resiliency strategic direction through partnering with Global Financial Technology executives and other support functions.

Primary Skill: Agile tools (Jira)

Required Skills
  • Has demonstrated industry best practices in solution design
  • Has successfully introduced new technologies into a financial institution
  • Has set the strategic vision/direction for technology solutions
  • Has demonstrated expertise in solution design across multiple technologies
  • Has experience implementing applications leveraging APIs, Cloud and Containers
