Healthcare Aid- LPN, RN needed (Clarence NY)

We are hiring a health care worker: CNA , HHA, or Nurse to join our team. You will provide care to our 27 year old daughter with Cerebral Palsy. Private Care in our nicely kept home. Great work environment.

Qualifications:

1. Experience Necessary. CNA's , HHA's, LPN, or RN.

2. Drug free.

3. You must be dependable, trustworthy, and honest.

4. Good work ethic is necessary. If you have been a No Show- No Call before, please don't apply!

5. We need reliable people only. If you call off work a lot please move on.

6. You must live within a reasonable distance of Clarence/Williamsville, and have dependable transportation.

Prior experience with special needs children/adults would be beneficial. You may be subject to background and drug testing. References required.

Our Daughter: is in a wheelchair, is non-verbal, and is fed with a G-J tube. She is highly alert and fully cognitive of everything that is going on. She has a smile that will light up your day. She weighs about 90 lbs. We have a hoyer lift with a ceiling track system.

Job Requirements:

A day Nurse would do Diaper changes, Setting up feed pump by G-J Feed Tube, Administering Meds, putting to bed, comfort measures like repositioning. Day Shifts can include going for walks, interacting with her, etc.

Overnight Nurse is generally responsible for monitoring and comfort measures when necessary. May need to do diaper change(s). Also, other small tasks. Must stay awake all night, no sleeping! You can watch TV.

Mon, Wed, Thur, and Fri, 4 days. 11 pm to 7 am. 8 hours per shift, 32 hours per week.

$17-25 per hour depending on credentials and experience.

We have had Nurses stay for 11 years, 9 years, 5 years, and so forth.
