We're looking to add a Human Resources Generalist to support our growing HR Team. The Human Resources Generalist will be performing a wide range of human resources duties. This highly visible and “face of HR” role requires excellent communication skills and a high level of confidentiality, unbiased decision-making and professionalism. The HR Generalist will be handling hiring, onboarding, orientation, employee relations, and provide administrative support across a host of other plans like wellness and community service.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, required.
3-5 years of Human Resources experience, required.
Human Resources Certification, PHR or SHRM-CP, preferred.
High ethical integrity and ability to keep information confidential, required.
3-5 years of payroll and benefits administration experience, required.
Skill and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, required
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills, required.
Time management skills to prioritize and meet deadlines, required.
A demonstrated history working as a team player in a collaborative environment, required.
