Dental Assistant (Greenville)

Job Responsibilities/Expectations include:

Assisting the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures

Taking dental radiographs (x-rays)

Collecting patient vitals and medical history

Ability to process and sterilize instruments

Helping patients feel comfortable before, during and after dental treatment

Providing patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures

Teaching patients appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain oral health

Taking impressions of patients' teeth - using both a digital scanner and a traditional style tray

Ability to utilize various crown prep retraction techniques, temporary fabrication, adjustment, cementation

Positive attitude and a willingness to help fellow team members

Knowledge of Eaglesoft practice management software.

Ability to assist for implant placement, oral surgery, collect autologous blood samples for PRF, endodontics, various orthodontic procedures

Desire to learn new procedures and continually improve your skillset through communication and feedback.

1 year of dental experience preferred, but not necessary
