- The Flight Support Assistant will work closely with crew members.
- Candidates must be self-driven and responsible.
- Duties include assisting in crew briefings, mission planning, and performing critical roles in field operations.
- Ensuring a safe operational environment
- Export Control License
- This position may require a deemed export control license for compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Part of the Flight crew
- Prepare for the day's operations.
- Work with aircraft and flight operations equipment
- Work on operation to deliver package.
- Installing batteries, moving aircraft to/from flight line.
- Working with operator in command to complete checklists safely.
- Creating SOPs for Processes
- Excellent Communication

- Time Management
- Hold a current and valid FAA Part 107
- Hold a current and valid FAA Part 107
- FAA Certificate for small, unmanned aircraft operations
- 2+ years of work experience or a completed associate degree (nonspecific)
- Able to lift equipment and carry out physical activity with or without reasonable accommodation (45 lbs.)
- Able to work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required.
- Interest in aviation
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills.
- Degree or Certification: Have obtained a high school diploma or equivalent.
