Job DescriptionAs a Consulting Services Sr Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing new strategies to differentiate Oracle Consulting services, expand the Oracle Consulting install base and achieving annual growth targets for a designated segment of the business. You will work closely with Consulting delivery leadership to define key offerings and with Oracle software sales leadership to identify and execute new business opportunities.NAACResponsibilities
Develop and implement a business development strategy for CX and Edge services (EPM, GRC, OTM, GTM) to meet or exceed quarter sales targets.
Build and maintain relationships with CX and Edge Software Sales Leadership and key Partners to identify new opportunities to expand the consulting business.
Collaborate with the consulting services leadership team to develop and execute plans to create differentiated services offerings and industry-based solutions.
Drive weekly CX and Edge forecasting cadence including collecting latest deal status and ensuring progression of the deals to achieve an accurate quarterly forecast
Develop and manage the consulting CX and Edge services sales pipeline, ensuring consistent lead generation and conversion.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective promotion campaigns to support business development efforts.
Monitor key performance indicators to measure the success of the CX and Edge GTM strategies, key campaigns, and bookings performance, identifying areas for improvement and taking corrective action as necessary.
Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and optimize sales strategies
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
At least 8-10 years of experience in consulting service sales, software sales, and/or business development, with a proven track record of success.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate stakeholders outside direct reporting relationship to execute on sales strategies and achieve goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Experience in developing and implementing successful business development strategies, with a focus on achieving revenue growth.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including consulting services, marketing, and finance.
Experience in managing a sales pipeline and forecasting sales projections.
Knowledge of the consulting services industry and the competitive landscape.
Strong business acumen and a customer-focused mindset.
Strong consulting expertise with focus on Customer Experience solutions, and Enterprise Performance Management solutions.
Ability to collaborate with senior solution delivery leaders and orchestrate their efforts to drive optimal impact to the development of the solution practices through focused selling efforts and consulting solution offering development.

May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.Colorado Pay Range: from $148,000 to $298,000 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.Washington Pay Range: from $165,500 to $314,500 per annum. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
