Supervising the revenue cycle department in various duties, such as account management, communications with insurance providers and collections.Managing staff performance by providing regular feedback, performance reviews, and one-on-one meetings, and corrective action as needed.Coaching & Development including materials and trainingProvides team education to address updates with payers or company processesAble to proactively identify issues and effectively problem solve as issues ariseAssists the Revenue Cycle Manager in implementing and monitoring departmental policies, procedures and relationship buildingInforms management and other staff members of changes and keeps documentation current and accessible to teamAssist with the hiring and training of staffProvides data and reports as required by managementPerforms other tasks within job scope as requested by Management.
