Customer Service Representative (Albany)

Aerotek is looking to hire a large amount of Customer Service Representatives to assist a health care organization in the Albany, NY area.

This individual will be answering inbound phone calls and enrolling customers into public health programs. They will also be assisting customers with the enrollment/dis-enrollment process towards Medicaid/Medicare services.

These opportunities will have on site training for the first few weeks. Upon the completion of training, these opportunities will eventually move to REMOTE WORK FROM HOME opportunities.

Qualifications

1+ years customer service experience

Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Computer skills

Organizational skills

Hours

Monday- Friday 11:30am- 8:00pm, shifts will include Saturday hours as well which are MANDATORY. If required to work a Saturday, an adjusted schedule will be made up to work only 40 hours though out the week.

Pay

15/hr.
