KIPP Texas Public Schools is looking for a marketing manager to own the digital marketing strategy and execution across organizational marketing initiatives including, but not limited to, talent recruitment, branding, new markets, and student recruitment and enrollment. The ideal candidate is eager to develop and drive the overall digital marketing strategy to ensure goals are met.Responsibilities:Support KIPP organizational goals through digital marketing:Develop and manage annual digital marketing strategies across key initiatives including student recruitment, talent recruitment, and branding campaigns to ensure alignment across all digital tactics.Manage content creation and messaging strategies for all digital marketing efforts, organic and paid, within these campaigns including, but not limited to, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, search and display advertising, website, video, native, TV, radio, streaming audio, and email marketing.Collaborate with KIPP Texas’ contracted media agency to execute and track paid digital campaigns throughout the year; Work closely with third-party vendors to develop holistic tactical media strategy that will drive campaign success.Use e-marketing platforms HubSpot and MailChimp to execute email marketing strategies to drive success with various audiences.Collaborate with internal teams to make website updates using WordPress or in partnership with website vendorsCreate and execute a holistic timeline and calendar for digital strategy and deliverables related to all campaigns outlined above, including for staff recruitment on LinkedIn and Facebook page.Building and managing staff recruitment social pages on Facebook and LinkedInServe as the point of contact for SSP, regional or campus requests for paid digital marketing initiatives, including social media ads, boosted posts, advertisement securement, and email marketing support related to student or staff recruitment.Liaise with internal teams to obtain feedback, direction, and approval on digital marketing materials and current KPIs to understand how digital marketing efforts can pivot to help drive organizational goals.Collaborate with the internal design team to create cohesive, brand-aligned creative for digital media across campaigns and work scopes.Analyze campaign data independently and in partnership with vendors to optimize and improve performance of campaigns on a daily basis, including knowledge and use of Google Analytics, social media ads managers, and media data dashboards.Support Parent & Staff Engagement through:Developing and executing the e-marketing customer journey to educate prospective KIPP staff and move them through the funnel.Execute lead generation campaigns and efforts to fill the funnel with viable leads for internal teams to cultivate into applications.Managing responses and outreach to comments on Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn ads; focus on reputation management.Tell the KIPP Texas story by:Developing digital content and messaging that speaks to the KIPP audience, ranging from paid advertising to e-marketing efforts with leads, applicants, and other audiences as needed.Support the Operations Team overall by:Supporting digital vendor managementFacilitating copywriting and content for digital marketing efforts across internal teamsBudget management
