You will be involved in engineering and maintaining large-scale systems, relational and non-relational databases, and user interfaces. This work involves understanding when an approach will not be scalable into the future, and it involves a great deal of collaboration. Being in this start-up environment give you the ability to make a big impact, to come up with and implement your big ideas, and to pioneer what we believe is the future of the logistics space.Responsibilities
Work as part of a team engineering applications and services using Agile development methods
Contribute to team and organizational improvements in process and infrastructure
Implement modern design standards when creating and modifying back-endservices
Maintain and write front-end features to delivery a high-qualityuser experience
Write, test, validate, and debugNode.js based features
Rely on logging, metrics,and local environment execution to understand bugs and to resolve them
Encourage and implement code quality standards
Qualifications
Previous working experience as a back-end engineer (or full stack)for at least 8years
Previous working experience as a front-end engineer (or full stack)for at least 6years
Previous working experience withNode.js and React.jsat least 3years
Strong experience withTypescript
Familiarity with the whole web stack, including protocols and web server optimization techniques
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving aptitude
Attention to detail
Strong profiling and debugging skills
Experience interacting with and utilizing MySQLand CosmosDBin an efficient manner
Experience with event-driven systems including message queue processing
Experience working within CI/CD environments
Strong unit testing skills
Azure experience a plus
