Adecco Creative & Marketing is recruiting an Assistant Marketing Manager for one of the world's largest publishers of children's books. The assistant marketing manager will provide support to the marketing team during our peak back-to-school season, and through the launch of our new literacy platform across their magazines, library products, and digital products.This role is Hybrid in NYC approx. 1-2 days in the office per week. The rate for this role is $30-$35hr. The rate depends on experience, location, and other factors.Sample projects include:
Development of new digital partnerships & new digital campaigns to generate awareness & demand for our products
Weekly campaign performance reporting (compile reports & distribute to key stakeholders)
Website support, including management of user-generated content app, creation & management of website content calendar, content audits, monitoring of website performance, and bug tracking
Social marketing calendar coordination & content creation
Case studies and competitive battle cards template creation
Support for back-to-school subscription product marketing team projects as needed
Job Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Psychology
Minimum 2-3 experience in marketing, preferably in the digital marketing and advertising
Dynamic self-starter with strong organizational and analytical skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to plan and organize projects
