Action Cleaning Services is seeking an experienced Floor Care Technician Subcontractor capable of all stages of floor care (stripping, waxing, buffing, and recoating) to partner in providing floor services for our clients.

Action Cleaning Services has provided Northwest Washington with a broad range of commercial janitorial services since 1992. Locally owned and managed, Action Cleaning Services keeps the best interest of both our employment team and clients at the forefront of our goals while maintaining dedication to providing exceptional service to our clients.

Subcontractors are provided the equipment and products required to complete the contracted work. Our subcontractors must have general liability insurance and a business license. Job Duties:

Performs all floor cleaning duties. Sweeping, mopping, polishing, stripping, waxing, and buffing

Understands floor maintenance

Identifies flooring types and understand required care as well as limitations

Operates equipment and machinery

Provides excellent client relationships

Opens and secures facilities responsiblyJanitor, Custodian, Commercial Cleaner, Facility maintenance
