In this role, you will be a member our rapidly growing program and project management team. The PM team's standard is to 'manage each project like we own it.' We are currently looking for an Contract Manager to join our team in the Jackson Hole, WY area. In this client facing role, you will be working with an exciting team on a large ground up hospitality project. Temporary housing and travel reimbursement provided. Come join our team!
Responsibilities:- Primary Role - Development & Execution of the project Documentation CCD, ASI, RFI, packages.
- Daily Coordination with and in support of the Project Management team.
- Reporting to the Construction Director.
- Liaising with the Development Team.
- Liaising with the Design Team (AOR – IBI), Contractors and Subconsultants, as needed.
- Liaising with Legal Team.
- Process supplemental documents form the Architect CD’s.
- Conduct preparation for execution.
- Track & follow up on deliverables from the AoR and development team.
- Partake in Project meetings / tracker & log meetings / a driver of goals.
- Must be quick in solving problems with the team.
- Technical understanding of each Architectural department involved.
- BS in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a closely related field is highly preferred.
- 5-10 years’ experience in Project/Program/Contract Admin/Construction Management.
- Knowledge of Contracts (B101, A133, A201) and Contract Administration.
- Knowledge of Architectural administration.
- Strong administration, organization and communication.
- Work experience in handling projects of a high end caliber.
