Description Marketing Project Manager - 3 Month Contract full 40 hours a week REMOTEWe are seeking an experienced Marketing Project Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Marketing Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing marketing projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, content, and technical teams, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with exceptional quality. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented, results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:

Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for marketing initiatives.

Coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

Identify and allocate appropriate resources, including personnel, budget, and tools, to ensure successful project execution.

Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management on a regular basis.

Implement project management best practices and processes to optimize efficiency and quality.

Monitor and track project progress, ensuring tasks are completed within established deadlines.

Conduct post-project evaluations and analysis to identify areas for improvement and lessons learned.

Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies, ensuring they deliver quality work on time and within budget.

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing project management.

Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Marketing Project Manager or in a similar role.

Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with meticulous attention to detail.

Solid understanding of marketing principles and best practices.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
