Be a part of an innovative team and culture…Disney Entertainment Television's (DETV) Creative Marketing Strategy and Project Management team is seeking an intern to support our ongoing tooling and process consistency initiatives. As the Creative Marketing intern, you’ll be working together with a team that provides creative and campaign project management to support the marketing lifecycle across television and streaming brands under DETV with exposure to multiple supporting functions.A Day in the Life…

Learn about the marketing creative lifecycle and the tools, teams, and processes that bring a campaign to market, with emphasis on deliverable scoping, creative tracking, and video finishing/delivery

Deep dive on the project management and asset management tools used to plan campaigns and creative deliverables

Coordinate between teams on key projects that are geared towards planning and implementing process and tooling consistency across teams and functions

What we are looking for…

Interest and desire to learn more about marketing project management, operations, planning

Willingness to collaborate with multiple teams in a dynamic environment and comfortable working semi-autonomously with direction

Knowledge of the entertainment industry is a plus

Knowledge of and/or interest in “no-code” software or technical process automation is a plus but not required

Additional Information:

Must be enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program OR must have graduated from a college/university within 6 months OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Professional Internship

Must be at least 18 years of age​

Must not have completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or program. ​

Must possess unrestricted work authorization

The approximate dates of this internship are January 2024-June 2024.

Internship located in California and is in-person

Candidate must be available to work full-time hours (approximately 40 hours per week) for the duration of the internship

The pay rate for this internship in California is $21.70 per hour. Select benefits may be provided as part of the compensation package, such as medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
