It all begins with you.Wells Fargo Technology sets IT strategy; enhances the design, development, and operations of our systems; optimizes the Wells Fargo infrastructure footprint; provides information security; and enables continuous banking access through in-store, online, ATM, and other channels to Wells Fargo's more than 70 million global customers.Wells Fargo Bank N.A. seeks a Lead Software Engineer in Charlotte, NC.Job Role and Responsibility : Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is hiring a Lead Software Engineer to participate in end to end development of automations, following standard agile scrum process and using RPA tools like UIPath; as a senior technology subject matter expert, provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements; acts as a liaison between business and technical organizations by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of complex business problems to be solved with automated systems; handle technical responsibilities to provide direction; knowledgeable in design standards and responsible for driving consistency and alignment to software engineering standards; supports existing automations for implementing change requirements as per defined process.Travel required: NoneRequired Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field. Position requires seven (7) years of experience in the job offered or in a related position involving application development and implementation experience.Specific skills required:

7 years of .net experience

7 years of C# experience

4 years of experience with scripting languages including Bash, Power Shell, Python, Shell, VBScript, or Java Script

3 years of business systems analysis or design experience

2 years of design, implementation, and governance experience with Robotic Process Automation or Business Process Automation architectures

2 years of Agile experience

1 year of Web Services experience

1 year of UiPath Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development experience

Experience with Al disciplines including machine learning or natural language processing
