Skilled Carpenter (Medford Area)

compensation: $18-$25 dollars an hour based on experience

We are Verity Construction seeking a full-time member to join our team. We have been serving the rouge valley and surrounding area for over 8 years. We specialize in Custom homes, additions, and commercial TI work. We have an amazing team and excellent systems in place to aid in the success of our field staff. We believe in putting people first, doing our best, and always learning. We also offer 401k plan, weeks paid vacation, and a vision/dental plan.

Prospective employees must be able to;

- Have valid drivers license and be insurable to drive company truck

- Pass a drug test

- Perform basic and advanced framing and and siding duties

- Be open to knew concepts

- Perform hard manual labor for an 8 hour time period

- Get along with co-workers

- Have a positive attitude

- Have a minimum of 3 years full time framing siding experience.

Deliverable s and Account-abilities

The Skilled Carpenter is a key part of the fulfillment of the promises we make to our customers. The company's brand and customer experience relies on the proper execution of the responsibilities of this role. The areas of accountability are as follows:

- 40 hours produced on budget and on schedule per week.

- Daily updates to all required administrative tracking systems
