In-House Corporate Paralegal

A leading and long established Northwest Company is seeking a paralegal with acquired talents in corporate law. Working closely with the senior legal team, the paralegal will assume a host of functions focused on meeting minutes, maintenance and resolutions; business entity formation, reporting, licensing and renewal; SEC preparation and filing; regulatory research and reporting; preparation of annual proxy statement, certificates and reports; and due diligence, conducted within the guidelines of corporate governance and regulatory compliance. Four or more years' experience in a corporate paralegal role, coupled with strong research and superior interpersonal attributes qualifies for immediate consideration for this position, featuring long-term career growth and development, competitive compensation, and a wide range of health, wellness and lifestyle benefits.
