Line cook position available

The Palouse Bar and Grill is seeking line cooks. Applicants need at least two years full line cook experience. This experience must include fryer, flat top grill, broiler, and saute experience.

We are a fast paced, high volume restaurant/bar. Our focus is to make a positive impact of the culinary scene in Spokane. Our menu is made from scratch recipes, and local sourced products when available.

Applicants must be self-motivated, have a strong sense of good food quality, good knife skills, practice proper sanitation/cleanliness standards, and be seeking long term employment.

Full and part time positions are available. Must be able to work any shift including weekends and holidays.
