The ideal candidate will possess a BS in Accounting and have prior experience in month-end close and inventory. The position is fully onsite, however, the company does offer flexibly when needed. Bank reconciliations

Account reconciliations

Create wires and bank transfers

Assist Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

Knowledge of three-way match

Prepare fixed asset schedules

Reconcile intercompany account activity

Prepare and file sales and use tax

Assist with month end close

qualifications:

BS in Accounting

3+ years of accounting experience

Prior experience with reconciliations

Prior experience with month-end close

Experience in manufacturing a plus
