The GSOC Security Project Manager provides guidance to the GSOC Team to enable smooth operation of the GSOC. The Project Manager maintains a positive client perception and interaction by always applying sound principles and judgement. The Project Manager is responsible for client satisfaction in a 24/7/365 work environment.Duties:Under the guidance of the Sr. Manager, Global Security Operations, the GSOC Security Project Manager must have proficiency and willingness to provide the following essential functions, which include but are not limited to the following:

50% of time spent managing various Security focused projects, including GSOC technology platform vendor relationships and contracts, security program audits, and other security related taskings. 25% will be supporting GSOC specific operational functions such as manual support during known vendor platform gaps, metrics collection, system audits, etc. 25% will be supporting threat intelligence requirements.

Must possess excellent writing skills. The ability to compose well-written reports and documents is essential for this role.

Strong work ethic, the ability to stay on task and accomplish goals with minimal supervision.

Interact and communicate by being professional, proactive, personable, and responsive with the client, guests, vendors, employees, and others to ensure client satisfaction.

Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) with changing requirements. Communicate and monitor the team for compliance with SOP standards.

Ability to gather and assess information while exercising sound judgement, logic and reasoning in the decision-making process. Escalate issues appropriately.

Demonstrate understanding of the service relationship with the client. Maintain professional boundaries while working with the client or other service providers.

Attend client team meetings when required.

Safeguard and maintain highly sensitive and confidential information of the company and the client.

Must be proficient in current Intelligence gathering methods and technologies, as well as OSINT (open-source intel) search methodologies. Comfortable with a high-tech work environment, and constant learning of new tools and systems.

Demonstrate excellent teamwork skills (collaboration, communication, cooperation, etc.) by providing and receiving constructive feedback for improvement of team operations.

Ability to multi-task, prioritize and complete tasks in an organized, efficient and effective manner.

Ability to establish credibility and be accountable by operating with a high level of integrity and trustworthiness.

Maintain professional personal appearance.

Perform other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES):To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or experience required:

High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.

A minimum of 4 years of combined experience in executive protection, intelligence, operations, critical incident management or corporate security.

Must have strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively listen and respond to client requests.

Ability to focus and multi-task in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to successfully handle stressful situations in a calm and professional manner. Includes being able to effectively manage multiple employees with diverse personalities and engage them to perform at optimum levels.

Flexibility with schedule when needed.

Must possess strong verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively and confidently disseminate information to individuals, groups, peers, clients, and executives.

Must have strong written communication with specific experience in producing reports using proper format, correct grammar and spelling. Must have effective listening skills and be open to different and new ways of doing things.

Ability to maintain a professional demeanor, concentrate on details, work under deadline pressures, apply sound logic and judgment and prioritize tasks and responsibilities during stressful situations.

Must be highly proficient and fully functional in all Microsoft Office applications and able to effectively utilize all available office management technology.
