Find your future with us.The Boeing Global Services (BGS) organization is seeking a Senior Project Management Specialist to join our C-17 International team in Warner Robins, Georgia .Position Responsibilities:

Support the C-17 Sustainment International Program Management team with execution tasks associated with existing contracts to include sustainment and infrastructure programs as well as the development of new business opportunities for International customers associated with long term sustainment and capability improvements.

Work directly with the USAF Security Assistance Program Manager and the International Foreign Liaison Officer to ensure key relationships and partnerships are being developed and maintained.

Acquire resources for organizational activities, provide technical management of Integrated Product Teams and Suppliers, and lead process improvements.

Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.

Develop and implement large-scale, high impact integrated organizational plans to ensure strategic business, technical and customer requirements are achieved.

Pro-actively communicate with leadership team, peers and customers.

This position requires up to 25% travel both domestically and internationally.

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret clearance Post Start is required.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Experience leading or managing a team

5+ years’ experience working with Integrated Product Teams (IPT)

5+ years’ experience with Foreign Military Sales processes and procedures

5+ years’ experience defining, developing, and producing key performance indicators/metrics for management & executive management information system use

5+ years’ experience leading assessment and collaborative resolution of complex cross-functional technical issues amongst multiple diverse stakeholder

This position requires up to 25% travel both domestically and internationally

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

1+ year experience with government, company, and local policies, procedures, and regulations (e.g., Estimating system manual, FAR, DFAR, TINA, ITAR, Procurement integrity, Export Compliance) relating to the development of cost proposals

1+ year experience implementing using Program Management Best Practices

Typical Education/Experience:Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).Relocation:Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
