Find your future with us.We have an opportunity for a Compensation Senior Manager to join The Boeing Company's Human Resources (HR) team to provide real-time leadership and consultation to HR Business Partners (HRBPs) in the Boeing Commercial Airplane (BCA) business unit for all areas within Total Rewards (Compensation and Benefits). This role will support Washington’s Puget Sound sites in Everett, Renton and Seattle.The selected candidate will lead the BCA Total Rewards team, and as member of both the BCA HR Leadership Team and TR Leadership Team, will provide Voice of the Business input to the Total Rewards team regarding strategies, program design, process, and communications to optimize the impact of the company’s investment in Total Rewards. This position will partner with the Compensation and Benefits strategy and process teams to develop Total Rewards strategies and solutions. This critical role will develop holistic compensation and benefit solutions and proactively bring insights and anticipate future trends to ensure Total Rewards programs and plans needed in BCA are outcome driven, market competitive, cost-effective and enable talent and business objectives at all levels.Position Responsibilities:

Responsible for developing TR solutions to enable BCA business performance and ensure Total Rewards programs and plans are outcome driven, market competitive, cost-effective and enable talent and business objectives at all levels

In collaboration with HRBPs incorporate business considerations into evaluation of holistic TR solutions (M&A, unions, legal/regulatory developments, etc.)

Provide voice of the business input to Compensation and Benefits strategy and process teams regarding strategies, program design, process, and communications to optimize the impact of the company’s investment in Total Rewards

Responsible for leading and developing the BCA TR Partner team

Liaison with Partner counterparts throughout the HR Community of Excellence (COE) to foster high-value, coordinated consultation for Boeing businesses and functions

Proactively bring specialist insights to customers/stakeholders, and business insights to the TR COE

Facilitate to align perspectives of the COE and the business to align solutions

Anticipate future trends for the enterprise and business units, and collaborate with HR BPs and other stakeholders to design breakthrough programs

Provide internal consulting services on pay, promotions, job design/classification, recognition, variable compensation, new position offers and benefit programs

Provide guidance, recommendations and education on compensation and benefits matters

Lead execution of compensation and benefits programs and processes

In partnership with the COEs, consult with, educate and train HR and Business leaders on benefits, compensation and pay/classification matters

Coordinate enterprise compensation and benefit program approvals, deviations or changes

In partnership with the COEs, initiate custom pay surveys and market studies to determine compensation trends

Develop pay positioning strategies for the business to establish externally competitive and internally equitable compensation rates

Conduct studies and perform data analysis to determine pay equity for job offers, pay adjustments and salary review

Monitor performance metrics for compensation and benefit programs

Deploy and monitor progress and results of compensation processes, procedures, guidelines, tools and schedules

Advocate, communicate, educate and train HR on compensation strategy and processes

Review and approve executive salary management and other pay recommendations to ensure compliance with compensation policies, market competitiveness and regulatory requirements

Partner with Labor Relations on Total Rewards elements of BCA union contracts and negotiations

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):

Experience using or applying metrics to measure performance against projects to ensure high quality delivery

3+ years of experience in business strategy or consulting

5+ years of experience in the development, communication, facilitation, or support of compensation or rewards programs

5+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Bachelor’s Degree or higher

Workday certifications in Workday modules within Human Resources function (HCM Core, Recruitment, Onboarding, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Talent Management, Integrations, Learning)
