Find your future with us.Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is hiring Associate or Experienced Weight Operations Tech Analysts to support initiatives within the Weight Operations Team that is based in Seattle and Renton, Washington.Our team is currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including; Associate (Level 2) and Experienced (Level 3) Weight Operations Tech Analysts based on qualifications.Training at first will occur on all shifts in both Seattle and Renton to learn the unique parts of the sites and shifts. The training may take 4+ months before settling in on 2nd shift.Position Responsibilities:

Develops inventory checklists to be used at the time of weighing of an aircraft.

Balance control surfaces, physical and calculated.

Inventory an aircraft being weighed.

Configure and weigh aircraft.

Calculate additions and deductions to a weighed aircraft.

Prepare Weight and Balance Manual Chapter 2 documents.

Develop basic airplane weights and create manifests for Boeing and Customer flights.

Plan and load customer delivery cargo as well as flight test missions.

Produce delivery documents.

Participates in developing and implementing new processes and tools.

Works under general supervision.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

3+ years of related work experience (experience with aircraft weight and center of gravity estimation, calculation, verification and statistical analysis).

1+ years of experience with Microsoft office suite.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Associate degree or higher

1+ years experience in flight test

Experience in Process management.

Experience in Analytical skills.

Experience in Loadmaster training.
