The primary purpose of this position is to support the Executive Banking

Sales team by assisting with the daily administration of accounts,

serving as a point of contact for customers, preparing materials and

reports to ensure accurate and efficient delivery to clients with high

customer satisfaction Responsibilities Responds to client inquiries in a

courteous, tactful and confidential manner Provides professional

telephone support as needed to Executive banking customers and

prospects. Assists with other business development efforts as needed or

requested Support Executive Bankers with preparation of client

materials, collection of documents from clients and other requests as

needed to service our Executive Banking portfolio. Support Executive

Bankers via collection and preparation of investment and/or research

materials as needed for clients. Open new accounts for clients within

the Executive banking area as directed by Executive Bankers. Working

with Executive Banking's third-party vendors Completing periodic

pipeline and activity reports Working in SMART to keep customer records

up to date Adhere to all Bank Security/Compliance Regulations Completes

all annual bank security and compliance training Adheres to Bank

Security/compliance and policy guidelines for the Executive

Banking/Retail area Maintains confidentiality of customer information at

all times Stays current on all compliance regulations Other

Responsibilities Participate in internal/external training as

appropriate. Participate in community involvement/bank activities as

appropriate. Perform all other duties as assigned. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business and/or similar field

of education and/or 3-5 years previ-ous work experience in a role

requiring a high degree of accuracy Well-developed interpersonal and

communication skills (verbal & written) in order to communicate and

re-late effectively with customers and associates Good accounting/math
