US:WI:MENOMONEE FALLS at our INTEGRATED SERVICE CENTER facility. This

job is HYBRID. FTE: 1.000000 Shift: Shift 1 Job Summary: Oversees the

Patient Engagement Center. Coordinates and manages daily activities

related to pharmacy services to patients and optimizes centralized

services in the outpatient pharmacies at Froedtert Health. The ideal

candidate enthusiastically generates action and supports the

implementation of ideas or solutions that improve, optimize, and advance

the Froedtert Pharmacy Experience. Responsibilities include managing a

call center environment, coordinating care, and designing processes that

facilitate services across a complex, integrated health system;

supporting Froedtert Health Pharmacy Solutions' ability to enhance

services for meeting patients' needs & delivering world-class

experiences; understanding the entire patient journey, develops critical

performance indicators, and accountable for performance improvement;

advocates for technical and support services and leads collaboratively

through innovation. Committed to the patient experience, quality

outcomes, clinical excellence, and continuous improvement. Provides

direction for ensuring operational and financial effectiveness.

Responsible for personnel, operations, program, and process management.

Other duties as assigned. EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: Minimum of three years

experience as a Pharmacist or PGY1 residency is required. Management

experience is preferred. EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: Graduate of an

accredited School of Pharmacy is required. SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION:

Demonstrates excellent problem solving ability. Demonstrates an ability

to positively influence staff. Demonstrates fundamental skills in such

areas as: patient education, mediation counseling, appropriate drug

utilization, inventory control, pharmacy law, third party billing and

computer systems. Demonstrates knowledge of computer systems used in the

outpatient pharmacy. Demonstrates an understanding of legal and ethical

issues relevant to pharmacy. Demonstrates ability to understand and

manage inventories. Demonstrates ability to prepare staff schedules

based on workload and productivity requirements. LICENSURE DESCRIPTION:

Licensed or eligible for licensure in Wisconsin. Active membership in

the Pharmacy Society of Wisconsin (PSW) is preferred. Active membership
