We look forward to your application.  About the position: The Program Onboarding Specialist is a critical player in facilitating the successful integration of new programs onto AMO’s platform, acting as a bridge between sales/business development and operational execution. This role focuses on the post-contract phase, where engagement with new preceptors and clinical sites is crucial for gathering information and setting programs live on AMO’s platform. This person will develop relationships with new potential program sites and physicians during the onboarding stage, after their initial acquisition by a recruiter, to obtain the required information for a program to go live on AMO’s website and will work closely with our operations and recruitment teams to ensure a smooth transition from the recruitment stage to the go live stage. The new Program Onboarding Specialist should be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and who is ready to be a proactive member of an innovative team. This person should also be commission-driven, as the base salary will be complemented by a commission structure that rewards the development of high-quality programs with staying-power on AMO’s platform. While this position can be fully remote, we are looking for candidates to be residents of Illinois, Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, New York,Florida, or Alabama only. Essential Functions:

This role requires contacting physicians/clinicians (physicians, physician assistants, nurses, etc.), clinical sites, and their teams via email, phone or video conferencing to obtain required program information

Assemble comprehensive program data, ensuring accurate and complete representation of new programs

Detailed understanding of the sales process pipeline

Deep knowledge of and experience with CRMs (Hubspot preferred)

Quickly develop familiarity with AMO’s proprietary clinical rotation platform to facilitate a seamless conversion of acquired programs to live programs

Build and maintain strong relationships with preceptors to ensure customer satisfaction and success for the operations team

Implement and tailor onboarding processes to each unique program, guiding medical contacts from the initial handoff to the program’s launch

Craft engaging and informative program content that resonates with our student and partner base

Understanding of preceptor and/or student challenges and demonstrating a positive, proactive, solution-based approach to resolving and anticipating challenges

Develop a high level of familiarity with the US medical and nursing education system and become an agile learner

Collaborate on department projects aimed at streamlining processes and fulfilling data-driven goals and KPIs

Collaborate with other AMO teams and serve as a resource regarding program information and availability

Advanced knowledge and understanding of healthcare and medical education terminology preferred

A high level of written and oral communication skills as well as the ability to think creatively

Proficient in Microsoft office; including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in related field

Clinical site acquisition experience strongly preferred

Experience with Hubspot CRM or similar CRM strongly preferred

Experience working with medical professionals

Experience managing multiple tasks  

Previous healthcare educational experience (clinical or medical education)

Some understanding of clinical education market preferred

Experience working in a fast-paced startup culture

What You Gain:

Competitive base salary of $50,000 to $55,000 annually, with the ability to earn uncapped commissions to push your total compensation to $80,000
