Awesome Manufacturing Cpy Seeks WEB/IT TECHNICIAN

Skate One Corp, creator of the world's finest skateboard equipment and top brands, needs an energetic, motivated Web/IT Technician to serve as an initial point of contact for the Web/e-Commerce Group by responding to IT requests and performing various Web and IT related tasks.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

Monitor and respond quickly to incoming requests related to common Web/IT issues and escalate if needed.

Perform various Web and IT related tasks.

Troubleshoot routine Mac/PC, network, software, and hardware issues.

Create new user accounts in various systems.

Document processes and procedures.

Document technical details related to Web/IT requests.

Monitor applications daily for spam or other user input and take the appropriate action.

Occasional data entry and analysis.

Organize feature requests (project “wish lists”) from other departments and management.

Manage routine website content updates which includes text, images and embedding of third party content.

Utilize other advanced web technologies including but not limited to HTML and CSS.

Must have a passion for technology and a strong desire and to learn new technologies.

Other duties as required.

3-5 years of practical applicable experience.

Communicates effectively.

Experience with Excel, Microsoft word in a Mac based environment.

Proven ability to take direction positively and works well with other team members.

Self-starter capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.

Ability to assimilate technical information.

College degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Working remotely is possible, but will need to be on-site initially and as needed.

Must pass drug screen and background check.
