Excellent position in a refined, from-scratch, brand new restaurant. We're looking for skilled line cooks for grill and sauté stations. Must have proficient knife skills, previous knowledge of sauté, meat temps, food safety, and teamwork. Knowledge of Italian Cuisine is a plus! Must have a positive attitude and be a dependable team player. Lots of room for growth!
