- Create and print materials related to visitation
- Receive incoming telephone calls and assist callers with a wide variety of needs or direct calls to an appropriate team member

Skills and Abilities:
- Basic computer knowledge (internet, email, etc.)
- Microsoft Program experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Ability to learn and retain information on industry software
- Effective communication
