We are in search of a talented, self-motivated, detail oriented maintenance engineer for a private home. The main job duties include overall knowledge and routine maintenance of home systems (including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, irrigation systems and other home mechanics). Plan and supervise various renovation and repair projects. Full-time, year round employment. Only local candidates will be considered. Criminal background and credit check required.
