Snow Removal: Snow Plow Truck Drivers

Trinity Outdoor Services is seeking on-call Snow Plow Truck Drivers to join our team this winter.

Candidates for this position must be available November 1st - March 31st.

This is a team effort, which means you will work with other Team Members to efficiently and safely complete each assignment. We emphasize high-quality service, which calls for Team Members to be punctual and dependable in order for us to be successful.

Team Member Benefits Base pay of $20-$27 / hour, depending on experience.

Part-time, seasonal position with flexible scheduling to accommodate your availability.

Team Member Responsibilities:

Complete Safety Training.Learn a specific route of residential customer sites.

Complete snow removal to residential customer specifications and quality standards. Complete work safely and without accidents or incidents.

Utilize effective communication for on the job issues that may arise.

Complete paperwork detailing hours, activities, and materials, in an accurate and timely manner.

Communicate to other team members and owner via smart phone.

Requirements 18+ years of age.

Professional snow plowing experience preferred.

Valid driver's license with no restrictions required (no CDL required).

Available for on-call work; flexible schedule for nights, days, holiday, and weekend work as needed as this position is weather dependent.

Must have access to reliable transportation to and from work.

Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions, including subfreezing temperatures and heavy precipitation.
