Receptionist

LC Staffing is partnering with a Kalispell HVAC Service Company to recruit for a Receptionist.

This position is full-time, Monday through Friday; 8am-5pm, with a starting wage of $12.00-$13.00 per hour depending on previous clerical experience.

Job Responsibilities:

Greet visitors.

Type correspondence.

Light word processing.

Provide secretarial support.

Handle incoming calls promptly and courteously.

Distribute faxes, mail, and filing.

Successful candidates are articulated with a pleasant speaking voice, have a professional appearance, and are reliable and organized.
