Real Estate Home Analyst

I am an experienced Tampa, real estate investor that also teaches real estate investing nationally. I am looking for more deals in Tampa, Florida and Virginia for my own portfolio and to resell. We are seeking help in finding those deals.

I am looking for a few people who want to learn the real estate business (how to find deals) and get paid for finding the deals either as a bird dog (Home Analyst), getting basic property information and I follow up and buy it or as a wholesaler (someone who actually goes out and gets the property under contract and then sells the deal or their rights in the deal).

If you really want to earn while you learn, this is your chance. No license needed.

I run one of the local real estate investor groups (you can attend those as my guest and ask questions in person), plus I can give you access to a bundle of training materials and have you join our team.

You would be doing this as an independent contractor (not as an employee). You’d be paid based on the deals you get.
