Social Media Specialist

Description Robert Half Marketing & Creative is looking for a Social Media Specialist for one of our clients in Charlotte, NC! This position is a 100% remote 10-15 hours a week position. If you have a passion for social media, a creative mindset, and a knack for driving engagement, this is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the digital success of our clients in the vibrant Charlotte market.Responsibilities:Social Media Strategy:

Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with client goals and brand identity.

Create content calendars, considering the unique aspects of each platform.

Content Creation and Curation:

Produce engaging and visually appealing content tailored to various social media platforms.

Curate relevant content from industry sources to supplement organic content creation.

Audience Engagement:

Foster community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and personable manner.

Monitor social media channels for trends and conversations relevant to clients.

Analytics and Reporting:

Utilize analytics tools to measure the performance of social media efforts.

Provide monthly reports detailing key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.

Ad Campaigns:

Create and manage social media advertising campaigns, optimizing them for maximum reach and ROI.

Proven Social Media Experience:

Demonstrable experience in managing social media accounts for businesses or clients.

Creativity:

Strong creative skills with the ability to develop visually appealing and engaging content.

Flexibility:

Freelance availability for approximately 10-15 hours per month, with the ability to adapt to varying client needs.

Local Knowledge:

Familiarity with the Charlotte, NC area and an understanding of local trends and demographics.

Communication Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
