You will likely support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers
Provide accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion
Manage incoming telephone calls
Field and send out send written business correspondence
Requirements - Proven knowledge of research
Microsoft Excel experience
Wide ranging experience with Communication Skills
Comprehension of Onsite
Well-founded grasp of Microsoft Word
Earlier work involving suppliers
Experience with Performance Standards
Solid understanding of customer service
Experience with Business Process Functions
Solid understanding of Product Knowledge
Procedures experience
Requisitions experience required
Good understanding of Microsoft Office Suites
Skills in Proficiency
Prior experience with Quality Standards
Strong familiarity with exhibits
Hands-on experience with Business Unit
Previous experience working with Counsels
Solid understanding of Written Communication
Foundational knowledge in Detection
Practical knowledge of About Time
General familiarity with Microsoft Outlook
Expertise in documentation
Quality experience with Spreadsheets
Training experience preferred
Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and listening)
Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers
Experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries
Eager problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity
Customer service and office administrative skills
Experience using Microsoft Office
A consistently positive approach to your work that is rooted in a businesslike professionalism
Basic knowledge in computer software programs and office equipment
2+ years' experience of demonstrated performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred
