Adrian's Tree Services Inc., headquartered in Walled Lake, Michigan, is seeking 4 temporary full-time tree trimmers. The job will include worksites in Oakland, Wayne, Washtenaw, Macomb, Livingston, Genesee, St. Clair and Lapeer counties. In order to perform the job duties, travel is required to various worksites daily whether at private residences or commercial properties. Adrian's Tree Services Inc. is a well-established, highly professional tree trimming and pruning company. Their services include tree trimming, tree pruning, tree planting, tree removal, and stump grinding. The worker will be required to arrive at the place of employment in Walled Lake, Michigan. Adrian's Tree Services Inc. will provide transportation to the worksites and all the necessary tools, equipment and supplies without charge or deposit.Adrian's Tree Services Inc. will also provide on-the-job training.The work hours will be from 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM from Monday Friday; 40 hours a week with overtime periodically required. Must be able to work Saturdays when necessary. If there are more than 40 hours worked in a week, he or she will be paid time-and-a-half for all hours worked more than 40 hours. The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period. The worker will be paid weekly, and Adrian's Tree Services Inc. will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due. The job position is for temporary need starting April 1, 2024 and ending November 30, 2024. The job will include worksites in Oakland, Wayne, Washtenaw, Macomb, Livingston, Genesee, St. Clair and Lapeer counties.RESPONSIBILITIES:Our tree trimmers perform the following duties: Aid in the removal of trees by providing ground assistance such as directing, clearing landing areas and maintaining safe working sites. Trim and reshape bushes and trees into desired shapes or to remove excess branches. Cleaning and maintenance of tools, equipment and supplies. Removal of tree and shrub debris from worksites. Hoist tools and equipment to lead tree trimmers. Cut down branches or remove dead branches from trees or shrubs as instructed by lead tree trimmers. Clear ground areas of tree stumps and fallen branches. Usage of various hand tools such as pruning shears, saws, trimmers and clippers, and power tools such as power pruners.QUALIFICATIONS

Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test paid for by employer.

COMPENSATIONThe worker's rate of pay is $28.58 per hour. If the worker exceeds 40 hours a week, the overtime pay rate is $42.87 per hour.Adrian's Tree Services Inc. will reimburse all fees associated with the H-2B worker in the first workweek, such as a visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related costs, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).Transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, if the worker completes half the employment period.The daily subsistence will be at least $15.46 per day during travel to a maximum of $59 per day with receipts.Return transportation will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer.Employer will assist workers in locat
