Handy person needed- part time

Need a person part time to work on rentals inside and out. Nothing that requires plumbing or electrical work, but very handy at all sorts of jobs needed in a house such as some painting, changing light fixtures, vinyl flooring, some cleaning, cleaning gutters, and hauling. Must have transportation, no drugs, and willing to work.

Pay $15.00 hr
